Shipping
Your artwork will arrive in a strong, multi-layered cardboard book with your artwork sealed in a plastic pouch inside to ensure it does not get contaminated on the way to you. This is our best method of sending these prints as they will arrive to you flat so it’s simple to frame straight up but also its equally as strong & offers the same protection as a mailing tube.
Care
Prints Should be handled with clean, dry hands or gloves & be positioned with the print facing upright. This is due to the paper being acid-free, making it easily absorb any dirt or oil left on your hands or unclean surface. This is the best method to use to ensure your print lasts a long time.
Orders may take up to 2-6 days as these are custom made to order prints.
We ship to anywhere you live if it’s on this planet that is. It’s a flat rate based off real time shipping rates from Australia and the cost is calculated off the weight of clothing / artwork you have in your check out basket. You only pay once for shipping at the checkout and it gives you options of shipping choices if more than one is available that best suites you.
Shipping within Australia
Our brand is located in Melbourne Victoria Australia. We send by standard parcel post and your postage will have tracking and signature on delivery for any number of items purchased from our store.
For time frames on deliveries please allow 1-10 business days depending on state.
Shipping to the rest of the world
We send by standard parcel post to anywhere in the world. Parcels will be sent with ( tracking that includes email notification ), ( signature on delivery ) and ( SMS tracking notifications ) , for any number of items purchased from our store.
For time frames on deliveries please allow 7-18 business days depending on location.
How we ship your orders
Our clothing is shipped in custom made branded boxes made of strong double layered cardboard for strength just in case things get a bit rough through transit.
Taxes duties & customs
Customers in country’s where applicable are responsible for any duties, taxes or fees that are collected at the time of customs or boarder clearance.
returns & refunds
If you are not happy with what you have purchased and want a full refund or exchange then all you have to do is return them back to us within 90 days of receipt.
Shipping time is not a part of the 90 days so there’s no need to worry if for any reason your item arrives latter than expected.
